Spring Break is Coming!
Quarter 3 ends March 26, 2025, so please be sure to connect with your students to ensure all assignments are submitted and reach out if you have any questions regarding your student’s academic progress.
Exciting news! Our Region and District Leadership worked tirelessly to support student activities. Met with success, athletic travel and previously scheduled curricular study trips in the local area have been approved to resume during the Spring semester. Should there be any updates or changes, activity coordinators will keep students and parents in the loop.
Dates to remember:
Wednesday, March 26th – End of Quarter 3
Thursday, March 27th – No instruction/Teacher Workday
Friday, March 28th – Spring Recess
Spring Break: 31 March – 4 April 2025
7 April 2025 – Quarter 4 begins – Instruction Resumes

Spring sports still happening despite freeze
As of now, all spring sports are going forward, despite a government spending freeze.
The first weekend of sports were canceled or rescheduled, but word came down from DoDEA this week that high school sports will continue.
This comes off of the "Continuing Appropriations and Executive Order 14222, Implementing the President's 'Department of Government Efficiency' Cost Efficiency Initiative" and "the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness memorandum, Guidance on Use of Government Travel Charge Cards by Department of Defense Civilian Employees" guidance from the White House.
All non-mission essential travel is paused, except PCS moves and travel in direct support of military operations.
